Today we welcome Stefan Bomhard to the business as our new Chief Executive.
Stefan has significant experience across multiple consumer sectors and within large multinational organisations, particularly in brand building and consumer-led sales and marketing.
He joins Imperial from Inchcape plc, where he delivered successful transformational change during a five-year tenure as Chief Executive.
Dominic Brisby and Joerg Biebernick, who have jointly led Imperial Brands since Stefan’s appointment was announced in February, have returned to their roles as divisional directors.
“I’m delighted to be joining Imperial” said Stefan.
“Over the coming months I will be reviewing the business and talking to employees and other stakeholders, in order to build a deep understanding of Imperial and the potential we have. This will be a period of listening, learning and taking the time to make the right decisions.”
